New for 2009!  Once a month, we will be holding a Cookery Demonstration Day at Allium.

9am arrival for coffee

9.30-12.30 Demonstration in the kitchens of Allium

1.00-2.30  3 Course Lunch

Including wine, water and coffee, featuring some of the produce and Techniques seen during the day.

Recipes and Notes to take home with you!!

£75.00 per person inclusive

All courses must be booked and paid for in advance.

There are a maximum of 12 places.

All dates booked as a 6 months course £300.00 inclusive
